Get to Camp
The main event hub is Pier 39 (map it!), offering space for 300+ adventure rigs with plenty of room to spread out, set up your awning, and create your perfect campsite.
We offer a variety of camping options, along with day passes, so you can choose what works best for your schedule. Portable restrooms will be available onsite. Please note that there are no water, sewer, or electrical hookups.
Astoria is an incredibly welcoming destination for vanlifers and adventure travelers, making it the perfect place to explore before, during, and after the event. As always, please be respectful of local residents, businesses, and designated parking areas so we can continue to foster great relationships with the community.
If you have a bike, bring one! Biking is a great way to get around town and explore all that Astoria has to offer. Take the 12.8 mile waterfront bike trail up to the safeway, into the downtown or follow it east to check out some extra beautiful views!
Early Arrival: Gates open at 1:00 PM on Thursday. Please note that early entry is not permitted. If you arrive before then, we encourage you to explore Astoria, grab a bite to eat, visit the waterfront, or take in the sights while you wait for camp to open.

Cape Disappointment
When it comes to camping, Cape Disappointment is a choose your own adventure. It’s stocked with a whopping 137 standard campsites, 60 full-hookup sites, 18 RV spots with water and electricity only, and 5 primitive sites for hikers and bikers. But, that’s not all. Fourteen furnished and heated yurts are up for the rentin’ and include picnic tables, fire pits, ADA-accessible decks, and a gloriously close proximity to le beach. Meanwhile, 3 cabins (also furnished and heated) chill back in the alder forest, where locking doors give its temporary residents peace of mind to pair with the quieted soul nature is sure to provide.

Fort Stevens State Park
One of the nation’s largest public campgrounds, Fort Stevens marks the site of a military installation once used to guard the mouth of the Columbia River. The fort saw service for 84 years, from the Civil War to World War II.
Today, Fort Stevens is a 4,300-acre park offering a variety of recreation adventures, including camping, beach-combing, a freshwater lake, trails, wildlife viewing, and an historic shipwreck.
