TRIBE OF I
Formed in Salt Lake City in 2012, Tribe of I is a reggae band built on original songwriting and live improvisation—no two shows are ever quite the same, and every performance turns the crowd into part of the art. Their sound pulls from dancehall, hip-hop, Latin, and jazz, drawing comparisons to artists like Matisyahu, Gentleman, and Rebelution. Over the years, Tribe of I has shared stages with a wide range of national and international acts, including Groundation, Israel Vibration, Rootz Underground, John Brown's Body, Anthony B, Fortunate Youth, and Emanuel Jah.

THE RUSTY FRETS
The Rusty Frets are a rising reggae band out of Bend, Oregon, blending roots reggae, rock, and soul into a sound that's all their own. Formed in 2023, the band has quickly become a staple of the Pacific Northwest music scene, headlining festivals and sharing stages with names like Julian Marley, G. Love & Special Sauce, Kash'd Out, and Kyle Smith.
With over 1,700 monthly listeners on Spotify and standout tracks like "Tide Keeps Rising" and "Swervy" (featuring G. Love & Special Sauce), the band has earned a spot on the iTunes Reggae Top 100 and a growing, loyal following. They've headlined Little Woody and Bend's Fall Fest, played Oregon Reggae Fest and Boise Reggae Fest, and delivered direct support for Afroman at Hayden Homes Amphitheater.
Known for high-energy live shows and feel-good island vibes, The Rusty Frets bring the kind of set that turns a crowd into a party. With a new album on the way in 2026, they're just getting started.

Rubbah Tree was created in the heart of Central Oregon in 2015 . We wanted to bring our love of reggae rock music with our own take on how we see it . We are inspired by the beauty’s that Mother Nature has to offer all around us and how we can express that love through the power of music . We strive to bring new sounds and new ways of listening to reggae music . We are very excited to keep bringing the world cascade reggae music !

THE ISREALITES
The Israelites are an institution in the world of ska music. The band was founded more than 20 years ago in Los Angeles, California, and has spent years at the forefront of the U.S. and Southern California ska scene. The Israelites have toured all across the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and have performed countless concerts with the greatest names in ska and reggae music such as, The Skatalites, Lord Tanamo, Derrick Morgan, Justin Hinds, Hepcat, The English Beat, & Bad Manners, just to name a few.
Having relocated to Oregon in 2007, band founder Rich Carlstedt sought out new members to continue The Israelites. The newest lineup continues to be the best it can be, playing authentic Jamaican ska and reggae to fans of every age. Will this band ever stop? Not likely. We're here to boom shakalaka your soul with authentic sounds that will blow your mind!

Midnight Cove is a five-piece West Coast Reggae Rock band out of Central Oregon. Melancholy but upbeat. Spiritual, psychedelic, groove-forward — the kind of sound made for long drives at dusk and quiet ports at midnight.

MIKEY DUB
Mikey Dub, a Portland-based producer and dub mixer, has established himself as a rising star in the global dub scene. With a passion for traditional dub techniques and a knack for integrating modern electronic elements, his music resonates deeply with audiences worldwide.
Mikey's journey began in Baltimore, where his early experiences in local bands and recording sessions sparked his fascination with dub mixing. Over the years, he has honed his skills, experimenting with various techniques and pushing the boundaries of studio creativity.
His unique sound, characterized by deep bass lines and immersive soundscapes, has earned him recognition for blending tradition with innovation.
The Kivett Bednar Band delivers a powerful, modern take on the blues, blending deep roots with high-energy performance. Fronted by guitarist and vocalist Kivett Bednar, the band has built a strong reputation in the Pacific Northwest, earning Best Contemporary Blues Act at the 2026 Muddy Awards and Best New Act at the 2024 Muddy Awards. The band also won the 2026 Journey to Memphis and will represent the Cascade Blues Association at the 2027 International Blues Challenge in Memphis, Tennessee. On bass is Jeff Langston, an Oregon native and Berklee College of Music graduate, whose precision and groove anchor the band's sound. Drummer Edwin Coleman III, winner of Best Drummer at the 2026 Muddy Awards, brings dynamic feel and drive behind the kit. Rounding out the group is Pat McDougall on organ and keys, a multi-award-winning songwriter known for his work with some of Portland's top acts.

KIVETT BEDNAR
Smooth As Buttah Conspiracy is a one-man loop project built on guitar, rhythm, and a tall stack of pedals. I grew up in Bend, Oregon, picked up a guitar in high school, and never put it down — that was twenty years ago. Ten years in Seattle put me around a lot of great guitar players, and I was lucky enough to learn from all of them. Mike Love and Zack Deputy showed me what a single person with a looping pedal could do to a room, and Smooth As Buttah Conspiracy is what came out of that: songs built live, layer by layer, no net.

The Michael Soto & Gayle Ritt hop so stage as 23 Window Duo to perform original indie rock, blues, and folk songs — along with "trip down memory lane" renditions of your favorite songs. Their decades of musical craftsmanship result in sonic treasure. They travel throughout the region and beyond, as a duo or with the full band, performing in concert and at clubs, wineries, festivals, and corporate and private events.
Over the past 20 years of singing, songwriting, and recording, Gayle Ritt has continued to reach listeners with her music and live performances throughout the US and abroad. Her work has resulted in millions hearing her voice — through news features, national TV and radio commercials, and five independent releases that cross many genres, fueled (as she'll remind you) by a powerful collection of contributing friends. Her live performances are as varied as her styles — from live acoustic sets at the House of Blues to small club rock shows, hotel residencies, and elegant corporate events. As one fan put it, "The promise of an ongoing love affair with her music will begin the moment you hear the first note." Ritt also sings a unique and traditional rendition of the National Anthem that has earned her a standing invitation from the Chicago Cubs (eight years running), and she has performed at Dodgers Stadium, the Staples Center, U.S. Cellular Field, and the Thomas & Mack Center for the Dodgers, Lakers, White Sox, and Gladiators. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon.
Together on the Rigs & Reggae stage, Michael and Gayle bring their combined talents to a set full of soul, energy, and undeniable chemistry.
JOEY ALTRUDA
During the 1990s, Los Angeles native Joey Altruda and his legendary band Jump With Joey played a pivotal role in the revival of 1960s traditional Jamaican-style Ska. Over the course of his 45-year career as bandleader, DJ and producer, Joey has worked with revered Jamaican music pioneers including Clement “Sir Coxson” Dodd, Roland Alphonso, Ernest Ranglin, Rico Rodriguez, Derrick Morgan, and Laurel Aitkin, and in 2006 he received a lifetime achievement award for the Preservation of Jamaican Music and Culture. A musician’s musician and genre chameleon, Joey has earned an enduring international cult following for an eclectic catalog that seamlessly spans Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, jazz, lounge, and film scores.
